| Los Faroles |
| Situated opposite the Marina serving wonderful fresh fish.
When ordering ask Juan, the owner, for the fresh fish of the
day. He will oblige by wheeling out a trolley with an array
of beautiful fresh fish. A favourite is John Dory, which his
wife grills with herb butter and serves simply with fresh vegetables.
Many of the dishes are home made. The restaurant is popular
with the locals. |

| The most romantic setting of all the restaurants. Prior reservation
is a must. Ask for a table outside on the jetty. Professional
and attentive service and a varied menu. |

| The Ivy Garden |
| Fashionable, wonderful menu of European/Mediterranean mixes.

| The Coral |
| Budget price, but wonderful home made food. Lamb shank is
excellent. Also a tumbet, which is layers of Mediterranean vegetables
oven baked, perfect as a lunchtime snack or a side dish to your
main course. The sangria is the best in the Port, made traditionally
with Contreau, Brandy and red wine. |

| The Corb Mari |
| If you are a steak person, the best steak in the Port. Slowly
cooked over a wood burning B-B-Q. |

| Boude Mar |
| Probably the most stylish of restaurants. Situated on the
Pine Walk. The restaurant specialises in fish dishes. Their
deserts are to die for! |

| The Tango |
| Busy town centre vibrant restaurant. Entertainment most evenings.
Set 3-course meal as well as A La Carte. |

There are wonderful walks along the coast, through the mountains
and around the town all being very productive at the right time
of the year. Spring and Autumn being the best times.
The range of birds that you can expect to see include; Black
Vultures, Bee-eaters, Audouin's Gulls, Ospreys, Night Herons,
Eleonara's Falcons, Scops Owls and Hoopoes. Regular meetings
for 'Birders' are held in Spring and Autumn at the Hotel Pollentia
every Monday and Friday afternoon at 3pm during the spring
& autumn migration seasons.

the sunset or enjoy a skippered cruise around the bay. There
