The Penthouse apartment is available to rent 52 weeks of the year, so no matter if you fancy a summer lazing on the beach, or spending the winter in milder climates playing golf, fishing or walking, the Penthouse Apartment will suit you.

The following rental rates are based on a single weeks rental.

Rental is weekly.
Minimum rental is one week.
Changeover Day is Saturday (Flexible may, Oct-Mar).

Payment Notes
25% deposit at time of booking.
Balance due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made by cheque (£ sterling only).
Bank transfer either GBP or EUR (sender pays charges).
