ask Juan, the owner, for the fresh fish of the day. He will
oblige by wheeling out a trolley with an array of beautiful
fresh fish. A favourite is John Dory, which his wife grills
with herb butter and serves simply with fresh vegetables. Many
of the dishes are home made. The restaurant is popular with
the locals. |

Gulls, Ospreys, Night Herons, Eleonara's Falcons, Scops Owls
and Hoopoes. Regular meetings for 'Birders' are held in Spring
and Autumn at the Hotel Pollentia every Monday and Friday
afternoon at 3pm during the spring & autumn migration
seasons.
